Buy the dip—but be selective.
I don't think the AI revolution is over. What we're seeing looks more like a valuation reset than the end of the AI cycle. Every major technology revolution has experienced sharp corrections—the Internet, smartphones, cloud computing, and now AI.
The key question isn't "Is AI a bubble?" It's "Which companies will convert AI investment into sustainable cash flow?"
My approach:
Accumulate companies with durable competitive advantages, pricing power, and strong free cash flow.
Avoid businesses trading purely on AI hype without a clear path to profitability.
Expect volatility to remain high as investors digest massive AI capex from hyperscalers, but if AI adoption continues, today's leaders could emerge even stronger over the next 5–10 years.
As Warren Buffett said, "Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful." Corrections are uncomfortable, but they often create the best long-term opportunities for disciplined investors.
