    Yes, volume matters, but not only institutional volume. PLUG has squeezed through on retail momentum before, and if 2.40 breaks clean this can still run hard.

    OBV divergence matters more here — that midweek pop barely got OBV to confirm, so above 2.40 without 1.5x volume still looks shaky
