Sportswear brand Lululemon released its results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 after the U.S. stock market closed on Thursday. Following the release of its earnings report, Lululemon's stock price fell by more than 18% in after-hours trading. Lululemon currently projects full-year revenue of $10.35 billion to $10.5 billion, a year-over-year decrease of 5% to 7%, significantly lower than the previous estimate of $11 billion to $11.15 billion; Full-year earnings per share are expected to be between $9.48 and $9.73, compared to previous guidance of $10.95 to $11.15. Lululemon continued its share repurchase program in the second quarter, spending $330 million to return shareholders. During the period, it repurchased 2.7 million common shares for approximately $330 million, with an average repurchase price of approximately $122.17 per share.
