September Curse Broken? What's Your Account P/L?
It looks like the curse of September's market drop is going to be broken this year. Historical data shows that since 2013, the S&P 500 has averaged a 4.78% decline in September, which is typically the worst-performing and most volatile month for U.S. stocks. However, this year, with a gain of over 20% and recent strong performance, the S&P 500 has already hit its 40th new closing high of the year this week! -------------------- Has your account also broken the September curse?

- Persistent is the 1word that I want to share. I had been holding $Alibaba(BABA)$ shares for so long and finally I see profits now. Therefore, we should have faith in the company if we see their business model is good.

- "Recovery" would be the word I’d choose to summarize my September. This month has been pivotal, as I've managed to recover most of the losses I experienced earlier. The market has shown promising signs, fueling a bullish outlook for the weeks ahead. - Looks like Sep has some leftovers for Oct; aS mentioned before once there are news about intense conflict in the Middle East, there will be a drastic drop in the stock market whether or not any earning reports is good or not. So Iran has launched a direct attack at Israel just a while ago, the market reacted negatively but not so bad as seemed because we are all numbed to the so called ongoing conflict that we see everyday but this time is different. It is slowly protracted to a wider wall in the region once Israel retaliates, and I believe the retaliation will be stronger, much stronger, so what will happen thereafter? Double digit % drop in the market?
