For the full-year, distributable income jumped 11 per cent year on year to S$256.7 million. This brought DPS for FY2025 to S$0.061 Its core DPS fell 4% on the year to S$0.0295, from S$0.0308 in H2 FY2024. The distribution will be paid out on Feb 27, after the record date on Feb 6.
$Sembcorp Ind(U96.SI)$ Sembcorp Industries on Wednesday (Jan 28) said that its wholly owned subsidiary Sembcorp Power will supply memory chip giant Micron with an additional 150 megawatts (MW) of power to support its “growing operations”. SCI has been “supplying up to 450 MW of power to Micron’s Singapore production facilities” as part of an existing power purchase agreement. The added capacity will not change the agreement’s original 18-year term through 2041.
$Mapletree Ind Tr(ME8U.SI)$ Mapletree Industrial Trust reports 3QFY2026 DPU of 3.17 cents, 7% lower y-o-y. Excluding divestment gains, the REIT’s DPU remained unchanged, but stood 3.9% lower y-o-y. On a q-o-q basis, DPU fell by 0.3%. As at Dec 31, 2025, the REIT’s overall portfolio occupancy stood at 91.4%, 0.1 percentage points higher q-o-q. Overall weighted average lease expiry (WALE) stood at 4.5 years based on date of commencement of leases. Aggregate leverage as at the same period stood at 37.2%, down from 37.3% a quarter ago.

$Suntec Reit(T82U.SI)$ Suntec REIT has reported DPU of 7.035 cents for its FY2025 ended Dec 31, up 13.6% y-o-y, on the back of a 14.6% jump in distributable income to $207.3 million. Gross revenue, meanwhile, was up 1.7% to $471.6 million.
