$Broadcom(AVGO)$ No matter how people spin it, just about every stock analysis model has this one in its top picks, and the average price target is still $565. At some point, something here has to add up.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Dell is near $600, and both AMD and NVDA are just a few percent off their highs. Meanwhile, AVGO is stuck down here. A few months ago it traded at the same price as Dell, and now it can't even catch bids in the mid-300s. Given how much this sector has bounced, AVGO shouldn't be under $400, but the daily pressure keeps dragging it down.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Bears posting a lot doesn't mean the bulls are gone. Some people read here every day but never post. When the stock moves up, they show up out of nowhere. GEEK, I'm talking about you.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Scared sellers turn into timid buyers, and as momentum builds, we all get to ride the roller coaster. I'm not getting off. I'm not selling until next year.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Performance tells the frustration story. AVGO is down 3.54% year to date, while the S&P 500 has returned 10.58% over the same period. Retail sentiment has firmed to a composite score of 63.11, bullish with medium confidence, but that has not translated into price yet.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ If you can wait it out another year the way some did with SOFI and HOOD, it should work out. But the next 6–9 months will probably still be rough.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ For long-term buyers, this looks like a decent opportunity. I think it could reach $335 before too long. Waiting to buy at a lower level is just my own view.
$Broadcom(AVGO)$ Forward PE is about to break 18. Rate hikes won't stop the demand for AI inference and therefore XPUs. Just have to weather the algo selling.
