Get ready for Spring Festival by springing up with a spring cleaning no doubt! Searching for pop up box with least queue online to withdraw some fresh notes to bless the children. Prepare for reunion dinner with family and loved ones to cross year. Maybe some home visits to pray year. 🍊🍊🧧
Hopefully can play some mahjong, transfer some wealth around and stay healthy despite the festive goodies. But most importantly is to trade the earnings on TSLA on 29 Jan to HUAT AH! 🚗 🔋 @AyKing @Andreana @Christinechel @jace0777 @joellow @RHO @SPACE ROCKET @Terra Incognita @Fenger1188 @koolgal @W3Alan @Aqa

I’m getting into the Spring Festival spirit by indulging in some premium Mandarin oranges, which are my all-time favorite! These juicy, sweet oranges are a special treat that I look forward to every year, as they’re usually only available during this festive period. The vibrant color of the fruit always reminds me of good luck and prosperity, making them the perfect snack to enjoy while preparing for the new year.

I also love how the scent of fresh oranges fills the air, adding to the festive atmosphere. It's a tradition in my family to stock up on them, and I even share them with friends and family as a symbol of good fortune. Along with the oranges, I’ve started decorating my home with lucky symbols and red accents to invite positive energy into the new year. This season is all about new beginnings and celebrating with those closest to me.

🌟🌟🌟As we wait with great anticipation the arrival of Spring Festival, it is a time to celebrate fresh beginnings and set new goals.

It is also a busy time to do a thorough spring cleaning of my home as well as buying Chinese New Year goodies.

My Top favourite snack is Pineapple Tarts - the kind that melt in my mouth - sweet pineapple filling with contrasting saltishness from the short crust pastry.  Simply heavenly!🥰🥰🥰

Pineapple Tarts or "Ong Lai" in Hokkien dialect means "Fortune is Coming".   My wish this Lunar New Year is that God of Good Fortune will smile on all my Dear Tiger Friends. 😍😍😍🌈🌈🌈💰💰💰

Based on the news articles I found, here is the information related to Lunar New Year 2025 and its potential impact on the stock markets:

Major Bank Bullish: Will China Assets Rally During Chinese New Year?: This article discusses the unpredictability of global markets and the importance of diversification and caution. While Chinese stocks may rally during Chinese New Year, maintaining a balanced portfolio and a cautious outlook is always a prudent strategy.

ASX Rises in First Trading Day of the New Year: The Australian share market rose on the first trading day of the new year. Overseas markets were mostly closed for New Year's Day, and stock futures in the United States were modestly lower. Bitcoin also saw a slight increase in value.

Reminder: US Market Will Be Closed for New Year's Day on Wednesday, January 1, 2025: This article highlights the trading hours during the holiday period, including the closure of the US stock market on New Year's Day. Asian markets, such as Hong Kong and Singapore, also had early closures on December 31.

Stock market today: Asian shares trade mixed, as Tokyo and Seoul are shuttered for New Year holidays: This article mentions that Asian markets, including Tokyo and Seoul, were closed for New Year holidays. The Australian share market declined, while Hong Kong and Shanghai had mixed trading.

Considering these news articles, it appears that the impact of Lunar New Year 2025 on the stock markets is relatively limited. While some markets experienced a rise or mixed trading on the first day of the year, it is important to note that market performance can be influenced by various factors, and the holiday season may result in lower trading volumes.

Please note that this information is for reference purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. It is always recommended to conduct thorough research and analysis before making any investment decisions.

Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with!

My first buy for Speing Festival was buying cookies, pineapple tarts and mandarin oranges for the occasion. I would do spring cleaning and clearing all clutter to welcome the New Year of the Snake.
Changing new notes for CNY is also important. I have to queue for it on 14/1…haha, otherwise i have to withdraw from the atm for like-new notes. This is the norm for all who are getting ready for Spring Festival.

The Spring Festival is just around the corner, and I’ve been busy preparing for the celebrations! First on the list is spring cleaning—decluttering and refreshing my home to welcome good luck and prosperity. Next, I’ve stocked up on CNY decorations and mandarin oranges, symbols of wealth and fortune, to create a festive atmosphere. Packing angbaos for loved ones is a meaningful tradition, and I ensure each packet is filled with blessings for the new year. Of course, no celebration is complete without drinks and snacks for guests, so I’ve curated a selection to keep the festivities lively. Lastly, what is CNY without steamboat? Wishing everyone a prosperous and joyous Year of the Snake!

I decorate with red lanterns, couplets (poetic phrases on red paper), and symbols of prosperity like the character “福” (fu), which means “fortune” or “luck.” These are often pasted upside down, as “upside down” sounds like “arriving” in Chinese, symbolizing that good fortune is arriving. Giving Hongbao. The giving of red envelopes filled with money is a key tradition, especially for children, unmarried people, or younger generations. @nickname168
