Singapore’s real estate investment trusts (S-REITs) with meaningful office exposure delivered a robust showing for the first half as operating performance remained strong while borrowing costs declined. $Suntec Reit(T82U.SI)$ , $Keppel Reit(K71U.SI)$ and $OUEREIT(TS0U.SI)$ , which hold exposure to Singapore CBD assets reported strong growth in distributable income (DI) in their latest reporting period ended June. Tight physical supply in core business districts, flight-to-quality, and footprint expansion from global AI players provided support for occupancy rates and positive rental reversions across key portfolio holdings. Knight Frank noted in its Q2 2

Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you! 1 $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ could build a $50B annual TPU-as-a-service business by 2028. Barclays estimates external TPU sales could generate ~$22B in revenue per gigawatt at a 25% gross margin by then while opening a major new revenue pool for $Broadcom(AVGO)$. At just over 2 GW of deployments, Google would turn TPUs from an internal cloud advantage into a standalone merchant compute platform. $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ just delivered the most profitable quarter in corporate history and its first above $100B in net income helped by gains from its
Hello everyone! Today i want to share some option strategies with you! 1 $Micron Technology(MU)$ Trade Idea: Aug 7th 900C Trigger: 776 ✅ Targets: 850, 900 🎯 Stop: 750 🛑 MU dropped to 737 at the lows last week and rallied up to 930 on Friday. MU ended up dropping 100+ points from the highs last Friday. If MU can hold a higher low above 776 we should see a push back to 900, 956 again. SNDK reports their earnings on August 5th so we can see another big move again in memory stocks. 2 $NEBIUS(NBIS)$ Trade Idea: Aug 28 200C Trigger: 170 ✅ Targets: 190, 200 🎯 Stop: 160 🛑 NBIS dropped from 299 to 145 the past 7 weeks. NBIS bounced from 145 to 204 the past 3 days. If NBIS can print a
Apple Wrote the Cheque. The Market Won't Let Micron Cash It.
$Apple(AAPL)$ fell 7.35 per cent on Friday, the only mega-cap to drop hard. The same day, $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ rose 15.32 per cent and $Alphabet(GOOG)$ 6.88 per cent. I left a question hanging last time. Tim Cook's line — memory is tight, it will hit next quarter — went into Apple's guidance, and it went into somebody's revenue too. Friday answered. It answered half. Apple's column got copied down; the column belonging to whoever collects the money got rubbed out. $Micron Technology(MU)$ -5.90%, $SanDisk Cor
Hello everyone! Today i want to share some trading ideas with you! 1 The fact that $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ price is this high and $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ price is not is just disgustingly disrespectful to NVDA! Gonna write puts on AMD, Aug 21 expiry, put strike at 300 or lower. There is no strong volume support levels until AMD gets down into the 260 to 190 range. 2 No one knows where bottom support is on $SpaceX(SPCX)$ since it just IPOed and price discovery has to happen to find downside support. We may see that happen this week for earnings ... who knows. 🤷🏻♂️ Currently got a 105/90 put credit spread in play and am
$CELH Enters Smart Money Zone, $TSLA Targets $300, $SPY Pullback Still in Play
The best trade isn't always the strongest chart. Sometimes it's buying quality in a discount zone. Sometimes it's waiting. And sometimes it's simply holding your conviction through volatility. Here's my current view on $CELH, $ALAB, $TSLA, and $SPY. 1. $Celsius Holdings, Inc.(CELH)$ $CELH is back in smart money discount pricing. 65% of the time big players step in right now I’m looking for a move back toward $60 over the next year. 2. $Astera Labs, Inc.(ALAB)$ $ALAB still looks like redistribution. We could see some short term bounces in the coming months, but I’d rather wait for price to drift back into a clear discount zone. The last two times it did, we saw massive moves off the smart money area. 3.
$IREN Holds Key Support, $CIFR Eyes $16, $MRVL Still Waits for a Better Entry
Not every bullish chart deserves to be bought immediately. Some stocks are holding key support, others are approaching attractive entry zones, while a few still need more time before the risk-reward makes sense. Here's how I'm viewing $IREN, $CIFR, and $MRVL heading into August. 1. $IREN Ltd(IREN)$ $IREN short term structure still looks bullish. Price held last week’s swing low and bounced. Now we see if that level can hold into August. While this short term structure holds, I expect a break to the highs. If we sweep that low, I expect price to redistribute toward $20. 2. $Cipher Mining Inc.(CIFR)$ $CIFR still holding bullish structure. I would be a buyer around $16 if we get the pullback. 3.
Here's my 2030 $Ouster Inc.(OUST)$ estimate: -> $950M in revenue in 2030 (41% CAGR from today / midpoint of management guidance). -> 35% EBITDA margins (bull case) -> $330M in EBITDA -> 30% EBITDA margins (base case) -> $285M in EBITDA -> $330M in EBITDA multiplied by 30x EBITDA (bull case) gives us a $9.9B EV (vs $2.4B today) -> $285M in EBITDA multiplied by 25x EBITDA (base case) gives us a $7.1B EV (vs $2.4B today).

Weekly:Stocks Rebound, Fed Dissents, Yields Hit 2007 Highs, Earnings Crush
Last Week's Recap Market Digest: Stocks Rebound, Fed Dissents, Yields Hit 2007 Highs, Earnings Crush Inching back up — Strong earnings lifted the three major U.S. indexes to gains of 1% to nearly 2%, largely offsetting the prior week's modest declines. All three remained below record levels set over the past two months. Fed dissents — Stocks fell sharply Wednesday as medium- to long-term yields surged post-FOMC. The Fed held rates steady, but three voting members dissented, preferring to lift rates. GOLD: The Candlestick Chart Shows a Wide-range Consolidation at High Levels
Hello everyone! Today i want to share some macro analysis with you! 1 Technical Analysis: On the H1 chart for gold, the candlestick chart shows a wide-range consolidation at high levels! Price Structure (Range-Bound Trading): Judging from the overall trend recently (from late July to present), gold has been trading sideways within a clearly defined wide trading range. $SMH Nears $504 Support, $AMD Faces Earnings, $AAPL Tries to Repair a Broken Trend
Three charts caught my attention heading into this week. The semiconductor trade is approaching another key test, while $AAPL is beginning to show signs of a longer rebuilding phase after its recent reversal. Here's what I'm watching on $SMH, $AMD, and $AAPL. 1. $VanEck Semiconductor ETF(SMH)$ Price action reversed on Friday from the 20 day moving average for the third time recently. If the move repeats its previous sequence, the lower Bollinger Band is the destination once again, resting today at $504. Different this time? 2. $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ AMD earnings this week. The rally faded last Friday when the price faced rejection at the 20 daily moving average. Decline to the lower band and bounce a
$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ Amazon rose strongly last week mainly because its quarterly earnings were much better than investors expected, especially in its cloud and AI businesses. The biggest reasons were: * AWS (Amazon Web Services) accelerated growth. AWS revenue increased 37% year-over-year, its fastest growth in more than four years. This reassured investors that Amazon is benefiting from the AI boom. * AI demand remains very strong. CEO Andy Jassy said demand for AI infrastructure continues to exceed Amazon’s available capacity, and the company increased its planned AI and data center investment for the year. Investors interpreted this as confidence in future growth rather than a warning. * Earnings beat expectations by a wide margin. Amazon reporte
