"Incompetent management, rotten culture, zero moat. It’s a broken company." In December 2024, a former Intel engineer posted this blunt assessment on social media, urging everyone to stay far away from the stock. He had lived through Intel’s most turbulent years, watching the company burn tens of billions of dollars in cash flow on mediocre acquisitions and endless high-level infighting. He knew, far better than any Wall Street analyst, that Intel's core issue wasn't a lack of market demand. It was a failure of execution, rotten to the core. Fast-forward to today. Intel has just dropped a disastrous earnings report: hitting a hard ceiling on the supply side, facing severe substrate shortages, and suffering a tragic accident that halted production at a key factory. The stock plummeted nearl
Blockbusters just keep coming. AAPL, PLTR, AMD, NET are next.
Disclaimer: Nothing I say or post should be considered financial advice. Please do your own due diligence before making any investment decisions. $Apple(AAPL)$ , $Palantir(PLTR)$ , $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ , $Qualcomm(QCOM)$ , $Cloudflare, Inc.(NET)$ are reporting earnings this week respectively. Will these companies have a chance to report stellar results and give a much needed bullish reversal for its tech compatriots, or will it follow the same pullback pattern of tech companies which reported earnings? The market did display a slight bounce up today at pre-market, which
Four Stocks on My Screen Today. I Would Only Treat One as a Real Dip Buy.
My screen this morning is giving us four very different signals. MU: $872.79, -1.35% CRCL: $73.86, +1.82% BYND: $7.52, +8.83% RZLV: $1.48, +1.47% At first glance? Three green. One red. But that is almost useless information. Because these four stocks represent four completely different trades. MU = THESIS TRADE CRCL = EARNINGS SETUP BYND = MOMENTUM / SQUEEZE TRADE RZLV = PROVE-IT SPECULATION And after Friday's violent repricing of growth stocks? I think knowing WHICH game you are playing matters more than whether the stock is green or red today. 🟢 1. MU: THE ONE I WOULD MOST WANT TO OWN ON WEAKNESS Micron is around: $873 after trading near $987 only days ago. That is roughly an 11% reset from that recent high. And unlike some of the speculative names being sold? I do NOT see evidence yet t
$Marvell Technology(MRVL)$ There are Positives and Negatives I am seeing. Positive. 1) It's not being paid in cash. This no additional debt abd funding costs. 2) They are both in the essential new tech to provide the connections between chips to run AI compute. 3) When running together, they may win more share of the business from Broadcom. Possible even become the dominant eventually. Negatives: 1) Share dilution, though the shares being issued to Lumentum holders may be from treasury, thus no new shares issued? 2) Not sure about the equity of 4.5 MRVL shares for each Lumentum share. Is the fair? All in, my take is it needs more studies and anlysis. But present market reaction is overdone. Probably we will see some rebound later
Options puppy 📊 3 November 2026 – Market Review: Technology Stocks Under Pressure, While KWEB and Defensive Stocks Show Resilience
My market observation today: Most technology stocks are under pressure, including NVIDIA (NVDA) and Palantir (PLTR). However, not every part of the market is moving in the same direction. KWEB is showing strength, while defensive stocks such as Hasbro are holding up relatively well. What I find interesting is that the market is beginning to distinguish between different types of investments. Investors are becoming more selective about expensive technology stocks, while looking for opportunities in beaten-down markets and companies with more defensive business characteristics. This is an important reminder that when the technology sector falls, it does not automatically mean every stock must fall together. 1️⃣ Why are most technology stocks falling? 💻 The biggest issue is the changing attit
Nasdaq: +1.3% this week | Friday close: ~25,768 I’m leaning towards a modest rebound rather than a full risk-on rally. After Friday’s 2.86% fall and Monday’s additional weakness, some bad news and AI valuation anxiety should already be reflected in positioning. The biggest swing factor for me is tech earnings. Strong AMD, Qualcomm and Arm guidance could stabilise semiconductor sentiment, but investors now seem to demand evidence that AI capex is translating into revenue and profits, not merely more spending. The jobs report is the wildcard. A moderate reading that avoids both recession fears and a sharp rise in yields would probably be the best outcome for Nasdaq. My plan: continue DCA rather than chase a bounce. I would keep extra cash available if another valuation-driven selloff create
How To Navigate Valuation Gap: Arm Holdings Q2 FY27 Pre-Earnings & Post-Earnings Trading Strategy Analysis
$ARM Holdings(ARM)$ trades on the Nasdaq at $196.79, down 32.68% over the past month ahead of its fiscal second-quarter 2027 earnings release scheduled for November 4, 2026, after the market close. In this article, we would like to discuss and share the comprehensive breakdown covering Pre-Earnings Context, Q2 FY27 Consensus Targets, Royalty vs. Licensing splits, Valuation Premium rationale vs. risks, and 3 explicit post-earnings execution strategies for current shareholders. 1. Pre-Earnings Performance & Market Context Arm Holdings enters its Q2 FY27 earnings event under intense institutional scrutiny following a steep 32.68% price contraction over the past 30 days, settling at $196.79. To contextualize this selling pressure, market participan
I would prefer to wait for the earnings results before adding to Singapore bank stocks. The recent pullback makes valuations more interesting, but I do not think a lower share price automatically means a bargain. I would rather have more clarity on earnings and management guidance. Among the three, I would pay close attention to $DBS(D05.SI)$ and $ocbc bank(O39.SI)$ , particularly their net interest income, wealth management fees and dividend sustainability. For OCBC, I also want to distinguish Great Eastern’s investment-related volatility from the underlying banking performance. My approach is to remain patient and compare all three banks after their results. I am more interested in sustainable ea
WALL STREET’S ELECTION JITTERS A Brutal Reversal Tests Investor Confidence
A Promising Start Turns Into a Market Rout U.S. stocks began Monday with hopes of a broad recovery following last week's technology-led sell-off. Those hopes quickly faded. In one of the market's sharpest intraday reversals of the year, the S&P 500 turned lower after initially trading higher, while technology stocks continued to weigh on sentiment. With investors facing the U.S. midterm elections and another packed earnings calendar, uncertainty remains elevated. The Dow Jones Industrial Average proved more resilient, gaining 0.41%, but the S&P 500 fell 0.51% and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.07%. Monday's closing figures: Dow Jones: 51,983.98 up 0.41% S&P 500: 7,541.40 down 0.51% Nasdaq Composite: 25,164.36 down 1.07% $IDEXX Laboratories
$Intel(INTC)$ Bearish continuation — prior low broken High significance Intel continued falling in the US session on Monday, 2 November, breaking below Friday's $63.20 low. This is meaningful downside continuation after the earnings shock, with no confirmed reversal yet. 1. Price has broken below the post-sell-off low. - Friday, 30 October: closed at $65.76 on approximately 455.6 million shares. - Monday, 2 November: Yahoo Finance reports a $61.92 close, down 5.84%, with 110.5 million shares traded. The decline continued without Friday's extraordinary volume. This suggests persistent selling, but does not establish another capitulation event or prove that institutional investors are accumulating. 2. The $60 ar
I remain positive on Apple’s $Apple(AAPL)$ long-term business, supported by its strong ecosystem, loyal customers and growing services segment. However, the weaker gross-margin outlook deserves attention, especially with rising memory costs potentially pressuring profitability. AI is another growth opportunity, but I want to see tangible results rather than just promising features. If Apple Intelligence can encourage iPhone upgrades and improve customer retention, it could create sustainable value over time. My approach is to remain patient and avoid chasing the stock after one strong earnings report. I will watch holiday demand, gross margins and services growth before making further decisions. Consistent earnings and cash flow matter more tha
Palantir Revenue +96%, Shares Slip: What Spooked Investors?
PLTR Earnings Breakdown | November 3, 2026 Hey Tigers!🐯 $Palantir(PLTR)$ delivered another quarter of extraordinary revenue growth—and investors still found a reason to hesitate. Third-quarter revenue reached $2.313 billion, up 96% year over year. Fourth-quarter guidance also exceeded market expectations. Yet shares fell nearly 3% in extended trading at Reuters’ reporting snapshot following the November 2 release. The concern was further down the earnings report: slower growth in signed contract value. My take: The operating performance supports Palantir’s growth story. The stock’s next sustained move will depend on how convincingly the company replenishes that growth through new business, renewals and expansion. 1 | The Quarter Wa
DBS, OCBC & UOB Fall Before Earnings: Buy the Dip?
Singapore Bank Earnings Watch | November 3, 2026 Hey Tiger🐯, Singapore’s three banking heavyweights started earnings week in the red. On November 2, OCBC fell 3.3%, DBS declined 1.9%, and UOB slipped 1.7%, while the Straits Times Index closed 1.4% lower at 5,303.83. The question for investors is whether this pullback offers a better entry price—or signals that expectations still need to adjust. The banks’ upcoming results will help answer that. As of November 3, their third-quarter updates have yet to be released. 1|Three Banks Down, Three Earnings Dates Ahead Closing prices: November 2, 2026. Results dates: 2026 calendars and announcements. The sequence creates three consecutive checkpoints for the sector. UOB’s update arrives first, followed by DBS and OCBC. Investors can compare managem
MRVL -12.7%, LITE -18.6%: Why Wall Street Sold the $115B AI Deal
Hey Tigers! 🐯 An AI megadeal should make an exciting headline. On November 2, it made a painful trading session: Marvell fell 12.7%, while Lumentum lost 18.6%. My take: the important question is whether the combined business can earn enough to justify what shareholders are giving up. The structure matters immediately: Lumentum holders are being offered Marvell shares, so their deal value falls when Marvell falls. 1 | The Detail That Changes the Trade Marvell announced an all-stock acquisition of Lumentum on November 2, 2026. Each LITE share would receive 4.500 MRVL shares. The announcement put implied enterprise value at $115 billion and reference consideration at approximately $1,132 per LITE share. That represented a 23.9% premium using October 28 unaffected prices. That last date matter
Apple: record revenue guide, margin guide lowest since 2023. Who has the pricing power in memory?
$Apple(AAPL)$ 3 Nov 2026 | Apple FQ4 2026 results (unaudited release) Apple says the Dec quarter will be its best for revenue in company history: guided revenue +7% to +10%. The gross margin guide is 45% to 46%. The 45.5% midpoint would be the lowest since the Sep-2023 quarter (45.2%). A year ago the Dec quarter ran 48.2%. Record revenue, thinner margin. My read: this is a memory squeeze Apple is paying to get ahead of, not a one-quarter blip. Record revenue, almost flat gross profit At the midpoints, revenue would be about $156.0B, +8.5%. Gross profit would be about $71.0B, only +2.5% on last year's Dec quarter (math is mine). Almost all of the extra revenue goes to costs. The staircase, in points The Sep quarter printed 47.9%, about
Why I See an Opportunity for a Rebound in U.S. Stocks Despite Ongoing Risks?
English Version: After a sharp selloff, investors tend to fall into one of two camps: those who believe the worst is over and a rebound could come at any moment, and those who fear the decline is only just beginning. U.S. equities now sit squarely between those two views. Major indexes are approaching key technical levels, leadership in technology stocks is starting to weaken, and investors are looking for safe havens. But what happens next will depend on more than how far the market has fallen over the past few days. Two major catalysts will matter most: the U.S. midterm elections and Nvidia’s earnings. $1.5倍做空NVDA ETF-Tradr(NVDS)$$英伟达(NVDA)$$标普500(.SPX)$

The $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ fell 1.37 per cent on Monday and the $S&P 500(.SPX)$ declined 0.52 per cent. All 435 House seats and 35 Senate seats are being contested in the US midterm election. A change in congressional control could alter expectations for taxation, technology regulation, AI data-centre approvals and government spending. The election was not the only reason technology shares fell. Oracle lost 8.78 per cent, AMD fell 7.59 per cent and Intel declined 8.97 per cent as investors continued to reduce exposure to companies associated with heavy AI investment. The result may shape the policy path, but companies still need to prove that investment can produce profit an
[Stock Prediction] Intel Plunges 29%. Is AMD Next?
Intel plunged nearly 29% after its latest earnings report, as a disappointing outlook raised fresh concerns about the semiconductor industry's growth prospects. The selloff spread across the sector, dragging AMD down nearly 11% on Friday. AMD fell another 7.5% on Monday, closing at $466.84. $Intel(INTC)$ Now, all eyes are on $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ , which reports third-quarter earnings after the closing bell on November 3. AMD has a different growth story from Intel. Its EPYC server processors are gaining traction in data centers, while its Instinct AI accelerators are competing for a share of the booming AI infrastructure market.
